
It's easy to register to vote and cast a ballot in Jackson Hole and Teton County. In fact, Wyoming laws even allow county residents to register and vote on the same day. Here's all the information you need to vote in Teton County's August 21 Democratic primary and November 6 general election.

4 Ways to Register to Vote
1. Provided you live in Teton County, Wyoming, and meet basic eligibility requirements, you can register to vote by simply showing valid ID at the Teton County Clerk's Office at least 14 days prior to either election. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. Voters can still register at the Clerk's Office after the 14-day cutoff – up until the day before the election – but you must also place your vote via absentee ballot at that time.
3. If you're out of town, you can also register to vote by mailing the office a completed voter registration form.
4. As a last resort, you could even register and vote on election day at one of the five designated polling places in Teton County (listed below), so there's no excuse!
Note: You'll need to be a registered Democrat to vote for Luther Propst in the August 21 primary, but don't fret – you can change your party at the time of voting, and are free to change it back in the future.

How/Where to Vote Early
Residents can vote early in Jackson Hole through absentee voting, which runs from July 6 to August 20 for the August 21 primary, and from September 21 to November 5 for the November 6 general election.
You can vote early in person at the Teton County Clerk's Office in the basement of the Teton County Administration Building at 200 Willow Street in Jackson...
...or, if you can't make it, you can request an absentee ballot by calling 307-733-4430 or completing the request for Wyoming absentee ballot form (PDF) and emailing it to elections@tetoncountywy.gov. These ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on the day of the election to be counted.
Where to Vote on Election Day
While there is no voting at the Teton County Clerk's Office on election day, residents can vote at ANY of the following Jackson Hole polling places on the days of the primary and general elections, regardless of their voting district. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
